About Brian

Brian Kotzmoyer is a licensed Realtor with Mullen Realty Associates and the Brad Mullen Team, serving Schuylkill County and surrounding Pennsylvania markets. Brian brings a business-minded, analytical, and client-centered approach to real estate, shaped by his background in business operations, financial oversight, project management, sales, customer relationships, and negotiation.

Before entering real estate full time, Brian served in executive operations leadership, where he managed the financial and operational performance of a multimillion-dollar business, led teams across multiple functions, and supported process, technology, and capital-investment initiatives. That experience gives Brian a practical understanding of financial decision-making, planning, problem-solving, and managing important details from start to finish.

Brian’s earlier professional experience includes sales and project management in the flooring and remodeling industry, entrepreneurship, professional training, and law enforcement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism and serves his local community through involvement on multiple public service boards.

As Brian continues to build his real estate practice, he is focused on helping residential buyers and sellers make informed decisions with clear communication, careful preparation, and practical guidance. He is also developing a long-term focus on serving business owners, professionals, and real estate investors, including those interested in investment properties, income-producing real estate, second homes, retirement properties, and vacation-property opportunities.

Looking ahead, Brian is interested in helping clients explore investment, retirement, and vacation-property opportunities in Maryland and Florida markets.
